II-3. Maintenance of facilities, equipment, and grounds that is limited to existing uses and facility conditions and would not expand the footprint of the facility. Examples include interior utility work, road maintenance, window washing, lawn mowing, landscaping, weed management/maintenance, trash collecting, facility cleaning, and snow removal.
