B7.2 IMPORT AND EXPORT OF SPECIAL NUCLEAR OR ISOTOPIC MATERIALS. Approval of import or export of small quantities of special nuclear materials or isotopic materials in accordance with applicable requirements (such as the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act of 1978 and the ‘‘Procedures Established Pursuant to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act of 1978’’ (43 FR 25326, June 9, 1978)).
