B6.4 FACILITIES FOR STORING PACKAGED HAZARDOUS WASTE FOR 90 DAYS OR LESS. Siting, construction, modification, expansion, operation, and decommissioning of an onsite facility for storing packaged hazardous waste (as designated in 40 CFR part 261) for 90 days or less or for longer periods as provided in 40 CFR 262.34(d), (e), or (f) (such as accumulation or satellite areas).
