B1.29 DISPOSAL FACILITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE. Siting, construction, expansion, modification, operation, and decommissioning of small (less than approximately 10 acres) solid waste disposal facilities for construction and demolition waste, in accordance with applicable requirements (such as 40 CFR part 257, ‘‘Criteria for Classification of Solid Waste Disposal Facilities and Practices,’’ and 40 CFR part 61, ‘‘National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants’’) that would not release substances at a level, or in a form, that could pose a threat to public health or the environment.
