(USDA-17d-NRCS) Repairing or improving (deepening/widening/armoring) existing auxiliary/emergency spillways associated with dams, originally constructed to NRCS standards, in order to meet current safety standards. Work will be confined to the construction footprint of the dam or abutment areas, and no major change in reservoir or downstream operation will result.
